This MIC-R60 AUTO SOFT TUBE FILLING & SEALING MACHINE is a 1 filling head filling machine with a heating gun. It has total 12 positions for filling and sealing. And materials such as paste, skin cream, hair dye,  toothpaste etc., are all applicable.

Machine main part 

Tube loader 

Features :

A tube loader contains a loader and a tunnel. When tubes are put in the loader, they will be conveyed automatically to the working disk by the tunnel. 

Operation table 

All the filling and sealing movements take place on the table.

 
Main parts:
a hopper, a control panel and a working disk.
It is an 12 positions working disk
(the number of position could be customized). 

Features: 

Machine needs equipped clean air resource, air pressure should not less than 8Kgf/cm2, Air consumption is less than 0.6m3/min. after machine set, you can use 8-12 mm soft tube connect with pressure adjustor in electrical box.
